Karel Krulich
Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Krulich the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company in August 2022, he served as Corporate Controller at Mission Bio, Inc., a biotechnology company, led SEC reporting at Twist Bioscience Corp., a biotechnology company, and began his career at Ernst & Young, where he worked from 2000 to 2019. Mr. Krulich is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
