At Consensus, we want you to be able to choose where you work best. Depending on your job, and your manager, Consensus offers team members three different options:
- 100% Remote: Work from home full-time (Allowance for home office chairs, desks and equipment)
- Hybrid: Split your time working from home and the office (In areas with an office location)
- In-Office: Full-time in the office
