Adam Varon oversees Consensus’ global financial operations, responsible for leading annual budgeting and forecasting, P&L management, M&A modeling, financial integration and operating KPI’s. Mr. Varon joined J2 in 2012 holding various Finance leadership positions in the Cloud Services FP&A, and Cloud Backup divisions.

Prior to J2, Mr. Varon headed Content Strategy and Acquisitions at both News Corporation’s Fox Mobile Group and m-Qube (a mobile content aggregator that successfully exited for $250 million to Verisign). Previously, Mr. Varon also spent twelve years at EMI Music Catalog Marketing Group where he held various leadership roles as VP Business Development and Operations and VP Business Affairs and Administration.Adam is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor, Science in Accounting Theory and Practice from California State University, Northridge
