Consensus is directly integrated to PointClickCare to make faxing and document management workflows more efficient. This integration allows PointClickCare users to match documents to the associated resident and download that data directly to the correct chart. This enhanced functionality removes a number of steps that are necessary in traditional paper-based and unintegrated fax workflows, reducing administrative or manual labor by up to 70%, and allowing healthcare teams to be more attentive to their patients.
Consensus connects users to community exchanges, state-wide HIEs, referral networks and all the providers within those exchanges. Data sent and received from other exchanges is easy to view, process and integrate into PointClickCare. This additional data contributes to meeting CMS requirements like PDPM with a more complete longitudinal record for resident classification as well as commercial payer requirements for connecting to HIEs and networks.
